Bayou Bacchanal is the official Caribbean Carnival of New Orleans. This vibrant
festival is one of the most unique and energizing parties of the city, which is
an event that encourages everyone to participate with dance, singing and costumes.
The vision of ICS CAHM Program is to create a network of Caribbean American leaders driven by a passion to cultvate an enduring community. Through the establishment of a network of Caribbean American Heriatge Councils/Organizations around the Country, Americans of all backgrounds and nationalities will join in the commemoration of June as National Caribbean American Heritage Month.
